RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Action-Packed Pup, LLC, offers high-quality dog treats and toys/gear to our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with our products, please email or call customer service to discuss the issue. Action Packs and Action Pack Refills are 100% refundable if returned within 30 days and all included items are unopened/unused, in original packaging, and in the original condition in which they were received. Customer pays the return shipping costs. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Returned items that do not meet the refund requirements below will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be issued, minus return shipping costs, at the sole discretion of Action-Packed Pup, LLC.
Returned items will be considered for a refund according to the following eligibility conditions:
- The Action Pack or Action Pack Refill is returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- All items in the Action Pack or Action Pack Refill are unopened/unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received
- An Action Pack, Action Pack Refill, or individual item was received defective or damaged, and the customer notified Action-Packed Pup, LLC, and provided proof of the defect or damage within 3 business days of the purchase date
The following products are exempt from being returned and refunded:
- Donation Packs
- Gift Cards
To schedule your return, you must contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive a return shipping label through email.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed as promptly as possible and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If the refund has not been received, first check your credit card and/or bank account. Then contact your credit card company and/or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done that but still have not received your refund, please contact us at: email@example.com.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If an item is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify Action-Packed Pup, LLC, and provide proof of defect or damage within 3 business days to be eligible for an exchange. Please contact us with the details at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be sent a return shipping label by email. Once the item has been received, we will ship a replacement item to you. Depending on where you live, the item may take longer to arrive.
You are responsible for packing the return item(s) appropriately to avoid damage during shipment and using the shipping label provided to you by email. You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs upfront for returning the item(s). Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If an item is deemed defective or damaged upon your receipt, shipping costs to exchange the item(s) will be paid by Action-Packed Pup, LLC, provided that you have notified us and provided proof of the defect or damage within the required 3 business days.
We use USPS for shipping and returns. You should request a delivery receipt from USPS when you drop off the item for return. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returned items that are lost or do not make it to us for any other reason.
